Right of withdrawal & withdrawal form

At Flowz you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

If you want to use this right, you can simply download our withdrawal form (PDF) , fill it in and email it to info@flowz.be.

Once we receive your notice, we will contact you shortly with further instructions for the return shipment.

Please note

Personalised or made-to-order products (such as magnets with a name, logo or your own design) can only be returned in the case of a demonstrable manufacturing defect.

Return process

  1. Download the withdrawal form and fill it in
  2. Send the form to info@flowz.be
  3. Wait for our instructions for the return shipment
  4. Send the product back in its original condition
  5. Once we receive it, we process your refund
