Shipping policy

At Flowz.be every order is processed and packed with care in our workshop. We ship daily through reliable partners so your order arrives quickly and safely.

Processing time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 working days after payment. For personalised or made-to-order products this can take a little longer (4 to 6 working days).

Shipping costs

  • Belgium and the Netherlands: €6 per order
  • Free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands from €25
  • Other countries in the European Union: €8.95 per order

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping partners

We work with bpost, postnl and DPD for our deliveries. As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow your parcel.

Damage or loss

Please check your parcel on arrival. If there is damage or the parcel is missing, contact us within 7 days at info@flowz.be, so we can look for a solution together.

Delivery area

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. For deliveries outside this area you can contact us about an adjusted shipping option.
