Welcome to Flowz.be. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.flowz.be (the "Site") and any purchases or services offered through this Site.

By visiting our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

The Site is operated by EKINSOL BV, trading under the name FLOWZ.BE.

By using our Site you declare that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

2. Products and materials

Our products are made with care, often from natural materials such as wood. Wood is a living material that reacts to moisture, temperature and light. Small variations in colour, texture or finish can therefore occur.

These natural differences make every product unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Orders and payments

When you place an order, you receive a confirmation by email. An order is only final once payment has been received.

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of incomplete details, payment problems or suspected abuse.

4. Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method chosen. We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union; the shipping costs are set out in the shipping policy and are shown at checkout.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you receive a track & trace link.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To use this right, please contact us at info@flowz.be.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item turns out to be defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the problem.

The warranty does not apply in the case of:

• incorrect use or damage from dropping, moisture or heat
• modifications to the product
• normal ageing or the natural movement of materials (such as wood)

7. Intellectual property

All designs, photos, logos and texts on this website are the property of FLOWZ.BE by EKINSOL BV or of their respective rights holders. Copying, using or distributing them without written permission is not allowed.

8. Liability

FLOWZ.BE is not liable for:

• damage resulting from incorrect use of products
• colour or material tolerances inherent to natural materials such as wood
• delays at carriers or third parties

Our liability is in any event limited to the value of the product ordered.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy. We use your data only to process orders and to improve our services.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of the registered office of EKINSOL BV has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
